Planning for future infrastructure at mobility hubs in cold climate

The project created knowledge and developed processes that enabled rural areas close to urban areas to be provided with future-proof mobilityhubs that increased accessibility to local services and favored climate-smart travel behavior and freight transport, in line with Skellefteå´s strategy of a sustainable place for a better everyday life. This was done by investigating the conditions for integrating drone platforms and other modes of transport with demanding infrastructure in mobility hubs.
