Primarily, there is a lack of impact models, but there is also a shortage of data and tools that can serve as a basis for investment decisions and actions. The Swedish Transport Administration is conducting an investigation focusing on mapping impact models of combined mobility, various actors' needs for impact models, and the development of impact models by various suppliers.
