KRABAT

Autonomous, electric and shared vehicles have the potential to revolutionize the we may move around in our cities. If these technologies and concepts are deployed in a sensible way and with a societally framed system's perspective, it will have a substantial potential impacts, not only on the environment and traffic safety, but also on traffic efficiency and costs.

krabat projekt

The mission of KRABAT from the Government’s innovation partnership program, “The next generation’s travel and transport,” is to run a self-driving, electric and shared vehicle project in a system solution that can push Sweden against a shift in the transport system. To implement this on a large and full scale, huge investments are needed from all involved players, but demonstrations and reality-driven pilots are initially critical to creating a sigh among users to radically change the way in which they have so far solved their mobility. And this is what KRABAT wants to accomplish.

KRABAT comprises six sub-projects

KRABAT is a part of the Government’s innovation partnership program, “The next generation’s travel and transport,” and is funded in part by Vinnovathrough Drive Sweden.
