Peter Eriksson, former Minister for Housing and Digital Development, has recently been elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Drive Sweden.
"It feels both fun and interesting to step in as chairman of the board. I want to contribute to strengthening the innovative power and competitiveness of Swedish companies through increased digitalization and to intensify the work for sustainable change and modernized business, which is urgent", says Peter.
Tord Hermansson, CEO at Lindholmen Science Park, from where the work with Drive Sweden is led, is very positive about Peter taking over as the new Chairman.
"Peter's solid experience in leading change management at a high strategic level will be of great importance in continuing to develop Drive Sweden. His knowledge in sustainability and digitalization and contact networks in the national and international political arena are well in line with the mission in a changing environment."
Peter Eriksson succeeds Jan Hellåker, who had declined to be re-elected. Mr Hellåker has been Chairman of Drive Sweden since 2019 and will continue to work as a senior advisor within Drive Sweden.
