In 2022, Expedition Mondial carried out a project with the aim of mapping success factors and challenges to enable the introduction of digital management of public transport tickets. The mapping was done through in-depth interviews with SL, Västtrafik and actors who sell tickets. The analyzed results was presented at Drive Sweden's Lunch & Learn.
