There is an increased need to understand the needs of travelers and customers in order to develop public transport services and other shared mobility services in order to offer sustainable mobility. In this meeting, Skånetrafiken, Volvo On Demand, VOI and GoMore talked about how they work to adapt their mobility services to customers based on identified needs.
