Great interest in testing self-driving buses

Highlights from the week

• The first Swedish demo with self-driving buses. A world’s first with connecting them to Ericsson’s 5G network.
• The major of Stockholm and the Infrastructure minister of Sweden took a ride on the busses – and were very interested in the concept.
• Around 3300 people have taken a test ride with the self-driving buses during the week. The most common question among the passengers was: "When will the buses be back?". Another observation was how remarkably quickly the passengers were comfortable with the self-driving bus, without steering wheel or a driver.
