Drive Sweden – cleared for take-off

Wednesday, February 3, 2016

On January 27, Drive Sweden held its inaugural Annual meeting in Gothenburg, Sweden. Some 60 participants representing almost the entire partnership met at Volvo Cars Brand Experience Center to approve of the by-laws and to elect the Chairwoman, Supervisory Board, and other program officials.

“All meeting participants seemed excited about the fact that we are now finally entering the operational phase. There was a lot of optimism and high expectations in the room”, Jan Hellåker, Program Director for Drive Sweden, said.

The new board is essentially a continuation of the interim board that governed the program during its start-up phase during 2015.
